        Lesser Galangal or Fingerroot (Chinese ginger, Chinese key) is part of the Ginger family (Zingiberaceae)derived from the rhizomes. The root is common as a spice in Asian cuisine and preferred in many cases over ginger. It is a common ingredient in Chinese traditional medicine for multiple purposes. It is anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial which helps reduce pain and swelling, arthritis, muscular pain, used for hair care, effective acne treatment and being researched for a wide range of purposes. 

        This essential oil is known for its warm, camphorous aroma, fresh and slightly floral notes. Finger Root can be used to help support a healthy digestive system and offer relief from occasional digestive upset.
        Its calming properties and useful to help promote a positive atmosphere that cool down angry feelings.
