To burn Cedar smudge:
1. Light a cedar smudge with a candle, lighter or match. Hold the smudge downward at a 45-degree angle and let the stick burn for 30-60 seconds. Then carefully blow it out.
2. Allow the smudge to burn for 30 seconds to a minute, then carefully blow it out.
3. Move around the space in which you wish to clear the energy - your entire home, bedroom, office or body, allowing the smoke to waft around each area. (You can use bird’s feather to brush the smoke)
4. As you take the cedar smudge into the corners of each room or space you are cleansing. Once you feel you have cleansed your space, place the White sage in a fireproof bowl like abalone shell or ceramic bowl and allow the embers to burn out.
5. Cedar smudge is reusable. 
6. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects. Do not leave the bowl near flammable objects like blankets, curtains, or wood furniture. 
7. Never leave your White sage unattended. Remember to always exercise care and caution when working with fire.
