Ingredients: Assorted Tea Herbs, Hinoki shavings, dried Lavender & Chamomile buds, Himalayan crystal rock salt, Australia salt and Lavender essential oil, Chamomile essential oil
How to use: Close your eyes, lie back and place over the eyes. Eye pillows can be used either warm or cold. The aromatic smell of natural herb will relax you while refreshing the area around the eyes. It can also be used as cold/hot compresses for minor injuries like bruises and swelling or to relax your neck.
Warm: Spritz with water and heat in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds at low heat until warm to the touch. Rub in your palms until it is evenly warmed then place over your eyes for 15 minutes.
Cold: Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use and place the cold eye pillow over your eyes for about 15 minutes.
The rock salt inside these pillows are great for holding onto heat or cold for an extended period.
How to store:
• Eye pillows will last for 12 months if kept dry in refrigerator.
• Storing it in an air tight zip lock bag with excess air squeezed out will help keep it fresh. For best results, expose the eye pillow to sunlight once a month.
• You can add 2-3 drops of natural Lavender or Chamomile essential oil after awhile to refresh the scent.
