Holy Basil (Tulsi) Leaf is a cherished Hindu ceremonial herb and is also often found in Thai cooking. Its warm spicy scent is commonly added to masculine perfumes. It's also said to aid in stress reduction and protect against a wide range of pathogens.
          Holy Basil has potential to reduce the pain from muscle cramping & spasms. It is energizing to help fight fatigue and may reduce the pain of common headaches. Holy Basil is a common ingredient in inhaler blends to ease respiratory conditions.
