          Agarwood is one of the rarest and most expensive essential oils. In its normal state, the resin is thin and near odorless but when infected with a mold, over time it produces a more fragrant resin.          Agarwood, Aquilaria crassna has a medium thickness and golden yellow color. The aroma is a pleasant, slightly fruity/balsamic, rich and long lasting.           Bergamot "FCF" grade is a cold pressed then distilled bergamot peel oil. By steam distilling the oil, some of the benefits are reduced but it has virtually all bergaptene removed. Furocoumarins are not 100% removed but the content is so low it can be classified as Furocoumarin Free (FCF) and safe for use on the skin outdoors.

          Cold pressed bergamot contains the furocoumarin Bergaptene which can be photosensitizing and cause a reaction on the skin when exposed to sunlight. A typical reaction would be increased risk of sunburn. Normal cold pressed Bergamot is not ideal for blends that are intended to be worn outside in the daytime such as facial/cosmetic blends.

            The first thing that makes this cinnamon extract special is the selection of materials. The producer collects only the inner bark from the older Indian trees instead of the younger farm variety. Cinnamon produces the highest quality bark from long exposure to sunlight in temperatures between 27 to 30 degrees C.           This Cornmint oil is from an unrefined single distillation and has a strong, fresh, and bittersweet aroma. The total menthol content when first distilled is over 70%, but this is too high for the oil to carry and some of this crystalizes as it cools and is separated out. The remaining product has about 55% menthol and is still sharp, minty and slightly sweet.

           Cornmint oil has a cooling feel that is a great pain reliever for minor burns such as sunburn as well as for sore muscles and aching joints.
