          Cananga has a rich floral sweet slightly balsamic/woody aroma that can be detected in small amounts in a formula making it an excellent value. It has a good shelf life of about 3 years and a lasting fixative quality.
          Cananga essential oil is reputed to improve circulation and help eliminate toxins.
          The oil is often used for its various skin and hair care properties to balance dry or oily skin and hair, condition split ends and relieve itchy scalp. It has good antiseptic and antibacterial properties and in Indonesia Cananga flowers are sometimes rubbed on minor injuries and insect bites.
