Pine has a sharp evergreen scent. It’s not as sweet as fir in a massage formula but it is more stimulating than fir. It has more potential in liniments for sore muscles and joints, respiratory support, disinfectant ability, immune system booster and increases white blood cell production to fight infection.
Pine is a warming oil for muscle rubs and a natural pain reducer. It may be useful in liniments to reduce pain in sore muscles and joints.
For Home care, Pine can be added to soaps, cleansers, candles, deodorizers, Potpourri, diffused or vaporized in the air, or used in other natural fragrancing. Pine is even an effective ant repellent.

When diluted and massaged into the kidney area, Pine is used to counter adrenal gland insufficiency. It is reputed to stimulate adrenalin production, improve circulation and stamina in persons who are suffering from adrenal exhaustion.
Diffused in the air, Pine is an effective antiseptic/antibacterial oil and a strong expectorant making it useful for respiratory issues.

Note: Most essential oils cannot be taken internally, but even when they can, essential oils are highly concentrated and require dilution, special training and caution that Aroma & More does not yet provide. You can never drink any essential oils at 100% strength or diluted in water-based liquids.
