Sweet Mint has a powerfully minty sweet scent. It is a blend of minty essential oils with a small amount of floral essential oils for added sweetness. Mint oils are great for air freshening and deodorizing especially in the bathroom.
Sweet Mint can be vaporized or added to room fresheners and potpourri to help cut down lingering odors like smoke and cooking odors. It blends well with citrus, woody and sweet floral scents.

- Uses: It can be diffused into the air by aroma warmer, added to bath water, facial steam, vaporized, sniffed directly from the bottle or diluted in vegetable/carrier oil (about 0.5% to 3%) to create a muscle rub.
Skin Conditioning: Strong – use diluted on small areas of the skin

Add to a little to a carrier oil or your favorite skin cream to increase circulation to sore muscles. The menthol in peppermint is a surface pain reliever. It is commonly used to reduce the pain from sunburn and even added to cigarettes to reduce the painful feeling from inhaling smoke. It has shown antifungal and antibacterial properties in clinical studies.
Sweet Mint is naturally energizing and can be sniffed straight from the bottle occasionally for an energizing and refreshing boost. It is calming to the digestive system and may help reduce the feelings of motion or travel sickness.
Note: Sweet Mint blend is not for internal use. Most essential oils cannot be taken internally. But even when they can, Essential oils are highly concentrated and require dilution, special training and caution that Aroma & More does not yet provide. You can never drink any essential oils at 100% strength or diluted in water-based liquids.
