The Greeks were the first to eat fennel seeds as a weight loss technique. The seeds quiet feelings of hunger while increasing energy. They would also ease digestive issues.
Today it’s possibly best liked for regulating hormones, stimulation qualities and lymphatic system decongestant. Those are 3 key qualities sought for in any anti-cellulite formulation. Most higher end natural anticellulite formulas will contain either Fennel or Geranium. Fennel for daytime use and Geranium for evenings.
