Refresh – A Renewing Blend of 100% Natural Essential Oils

Essential Oils:      Geranium, Lemon, Rosemary, Spearmint, Fir, Ho wood

• Method of Extraction: Steam Distilled or Cold Pressed

• Aromatic Description: Floral, Clean and Sharp
• Initial Strength:   Medium/Strong
• Uses:          Can be diffused into the air by aroma warmer, added to bath water, facial steam, diluted in vegetable/carrier oil (about 1.5% to 3%) to create a natural massage oil or help disinfect minor cuts.

          Refresh has a sharp floral aroma made from energizing and floral essential oils to help recharge in the middle of the day

          Refresh uses Geranium and Ho wood to help balance emotions along with a good quality French Rosemary and Lemon to energize along with Spearmint and Fir It works well diffused into the air or diluted on the skin.

          It is also good as a deodorizing disinfecting oil for the bathroom or other spaces that could use a fresh clean scent. It can be sprayed in the air or a few drops added to a little warm water in the sink before leaving for the day.

          Skin Conditioning: Generally mild.

Note: Refresh blend is not for internal use. Most essential oils cannot be taken internally. But even when they can, Essential oils are highly concentrated and require dilution, special training and caution that Aroma & More does not yet provide. You can never drink any essential oils at 100% strength or diluted in water-based liquids.
