Relax – A Beautiful and Uplifting Blend of 100% Natural Essential Oils

Essential Oils:  Lavender, Bergamot, Orange, Eucalyptus

• Uses: Can be diffused into the air by aroma warmer, added to bath water, facial steam, diluted in vegetable/carrier oil (about 1.5% to 3%) to create a natural massage oil or help disinfect minor cuts.

          Relax blend combines the relaxation qualities of Lavender with the positive/uplifting effects of Bergamot & Orange and a touch of the energizing power of Eucalyptus.

          Relax has a pleasant floral citrus scent with just a touch of sharpness to help launch it into the air. It can be used just for its aroma to freshen the local environment without making a person too sleepy, tense or nervous.

          The key to this blend is the special selection of oils, especially bergamot. The wholesale price of bergamot is more than double what we can purchase it for retail many places but we feel this quality is necessary. Without this selection it is impossible to perfectly duplicate.

          It seems like opposites to be both energizing and relaxing but in fact it’s very common for many essential oils. Think of a coffee drinker going to work without their morning coffee. They’re still tired, irritated, easily annoyed and generally do not look forward to facing the day. But once they have a coffee, they’re energized, confident, relaxed and ready to take on challenges.

          This blend is not similar to coffee in effect but combines the relaxation qualities of Lavender with the positive/uplifting effects of Bergamot & Orange and a touch of the energizing power of Eucalyptus. Note: Relax blend is not for internal use. Most essential oils cannot be taken internally. But even when they can, Essential oils are highly concentrated and require dilution, special training and caution that Aroma & More does not yet provide. You can never drink any essential oils at 100% strength or diluted in water-based liquids.
