          Eucalyptus Certified Organic from Nepal is not as sharp as our Australian essential oil but useful when organic ingredients are necessary.

          Eucalyptus globulus oil or Eucalyptus Blue Gum is one of the most commonly used essential oils. It is fresh, clean and sharp. It is a common ingredient in colognes, mouth washes, aftershaves, household cleansers and a deodorizing agents.         

Eucalyptus is generally considered as safe but is a powerful essential oil. It is effective to open breathing passages but it is not considered to be a good treatment during asthma attacks because a strong exposure could irritate the condition further. Likewise for acne and sore muscle rubs, it is important to dilute Eucalyptus so it does not irritate the skin.

          Eucalyptus is also an effective insect repellent. There are many different types of insects and different essential oils are more effective against certain types of insects than others. Eucalyptus is one of the better essential oils for flies, cockroaches, lice, fleas and ticks.

Note: Most essential oils cannot be taken internally, but even when they can, essential oils are highly concentrated and require dilution, special training and caution that Aroma & More does not yet provide. You can never drink any essential oils at 100% strength or diluted in water-based liquids.
